QuantWifi is an agent-based solution. Unlike the script based solutions in the market, On average, QuantWifi can collect 3X more data from customer devices (depending on the brand), and provide additional insights script-based solutions are not capable of.

This way, it is also possible to initiate a very deep-dive remote testing of the device by the operator, customer success team, technician or call center agent. This testing takes little time that it can even be completed during the customer call process.

The platform is either deployable on premises for maximum security and privacy, or can be deployed on a private cloud, whichever is suitable for the customer. QuantWifi works with a wide variety of devices, those including Zyxel, MTK, ZTE, TP-Link and Vestel.

How does QuantWifi work under the hood?

WiFi link performance is measured between the gateway and the associated WiFi clients, and link quality choices are made based on performance data in respect to WiFi QoS parameters.

Unlike previous market solutions that depend solely on shell script data, our technique offers great precision in recognizing and fixing WiFi faults accurately and effectively by directly embedding itself in the kernel.

An agent in our system captures device performance data and sends it to the cloud for processing. Cloud servers jointly evaluate each device’s data to learn how it relates to Customer Experience (QoE) while spotting immediate deviations that disturb customer experience.

Such disturbances are notified to the Call Center, but can also be communicated to the end user if required.

Our system includes a browser-based client tool that provides end-users with information about their WiFi (LAN) and WAN networks. Browser-based tools give insight into a wide range of network issues, from WAN/LAN access to WiFi performance, and can be used with all current browsers without the requirement for application download.

Customers who understand their network and issues are less frustrated and call their ISPs less frequently.
